1. Place bream on the Varoma trays and set aside.
2. Put all the remaining ingredients into the mixing bowl, place Varoma into positiion and steam 25 minutes / Varoma / Speed 3.
3. When the time is over, check if bream is cooked and keep warm.
4. Cook the sauce for 1 minute / 70 ºC / speed 6.
5. Serve immediately with sauce.
