Steamed bream with olive oil sauce

Ingredients

 

  • 4 breams, gutted and sescaled
  • 400 g water
  • 150 g olive oil
  • 1/3 tbs oregano
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

1. Place bream on the Varoma trays and set aside.
2. Put all the remaining ingredients into the mixing bowl, place Varoma into positiion and steam 25 minutes / Varoma / Speed 3.
3. When the time is over, check if bream is cooked and keep warm.
4. Cook the sauce for 1 minute / 70 ºC / speed 9.
5. Serve  immediately with sauce.
