Ingredients

  • 450 g peaches
  • 300 g milk
  • 100 g yogurt
  • 3 tbl. Rolled Oats
  • 1 tbsp. flaxseed
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. honey (optional)

Preparation

 

  1. Put flaxseed into the mixing bowl and grind 20 seconds / speed 10.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients into the mixing bowl and blend 1 minute / speed 10.

TIP

Serve in a large glass with a thick straw. Garnish optionally with orange or lemon slices or cinnamon sticks.
