  • 100 gr. dried apricots, pitted
  • 100 gr. dried dates, pitted
  • 100 gr. dried figs
  • 100 gr. roasted almonds
  • 100 gr. rolled oats
  • 100 gr. dark chocolate, in pieces

  1. Line the baking tray with baking paper (approx. 30 cm x 20 cm).
  2. Place dried apricots, dried dates, dried figs, roasted almonds and rolled oats in mixing bowl and chop 10 sec/speed 6. Distribute mixture evenly into the baking tray, pressing down firmly to form an even, smooth surface. Place into refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  3. Place dark chocolate in mixing bowl and grate 10 sec/speed 10. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl using spatula.
  4. Melt 2 min/600C/speed 2. Pour chocolate over nut and dried fruit mixture and refrigerate until set (10 minutes). Cut into bars of desired size and serve or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.


  • Use only old -fashioned oats (rolled oats)  and do not use any other type (e.g. steel-cut oats or Steel-Cut Oats)
